Requirements

• Ability to lift 25–40 lbs regularly
• Ability to work standing, walking, and bending for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player with good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity target

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous warehouse or order-picking experience an asset
• Basic computer or RF scanner skills; experience with SAP or a WMS is considered an asset.
• Forklift experience and certification an asset.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer or production order accurately and efficiently using RF scanners or pick lists and perform transaction in the system to allocate part to the order number.
• Retrieve products from designated warehouse locations
• Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before packing
• Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and palletizing or distribution to production line.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Report any damage, missing, or incorrect inventory to supervisors
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team and supervisors to meet daily targets
• Answer our internal customers at reception desk or by email.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general warehouse duties
• Assist on the receiving and shipping tasks as have required by the supervisor.
