About The Position

AtWork Personnel is seeking experienced Warehouse Pickers to join a busy distribution center in Farmers Branch, TX. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are committed to accuracy and productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of warehouse picking experience required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using pick tickets or RF scanners.
• Pull, stage, and prepare products for shipping.
• Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality.
• Pack and label orders according to company standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
• Organize merchandise and keep warehouse locations clean and orderly.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
