About The Position
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join our team in Windsor, Connecticut. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking products, verifying inventory, and preparing customer orders for fulfillment using a handheld/RF scanner.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, order picking, fulfillment, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
- Experience using handheld or RF scanners preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
- Ability to safely lift and move warehouse products as required
Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately based on customer orders and pick lists
- Use handheld/RF scanners to locate, scan, and verify inventory
- Confirm the correct products and quantities for each order
- Prepare orders for packing, staging, or shipment
- Enter and verify information accurately in the scanning system
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe warehouse
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or misplaced products
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
