About The Position
Acme Manufacturing is offering an opportunity to create a stable and rewarding career as a Warehouse Picker. This role involves preparing orders for shipment by picking and labeling a wide variety of metal products. The company produces and ships metal shapes such as threaded rod and sheet metal to the home improvement industry. Training will be provided for those new to the role. Acme Manufacturing has been an industry leader for over 30 years and is a growing company with a new warehouse expansion every year for the past five years.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented: Accuracy is key in picking and packing orders.
- Independent worker: Self-motivated and able to stay focused on tasks without constant supervision.
- Safety-minded: Takes safety seriously and follows all guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Physically fit: Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and move quickly throughout your shift.

- Prepare orders for shipment by picking and labeling a wide variety of metal products.

- Competitive Earnings: Start with a base pay of $19.50 per hour and earn much more with our performance incentives! After incentives, our pickers average $23-$26 per hour.
