Warehouse Picker
About The Position
Chow Hound is looking for a Warehouse Picker to join our team! This role involves accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment with pride and attention to detail. The Warehouse Picker performs a variety of warehouse functions, including but not limited to order picking using a handheld scanner, packing orders, stocking inventory, stock rotation, organizing products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork to ensure our stores receive the products they need to serve our customers.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs.
- Familiarity with scan guns and email
Responsibilities
- Receiving, scanning and staging deliveries
- Picking weekly orders for retail store locations
- Stocking pallets – must be able to lift up to 60lbs.
- Organization and cleaning of warehouse facility
- Communicating with Warehouse Manager on a regular basis
- Using technology such as scan guns, email etc.
- Other duties as assigned
