Warehouse Picker
About The Position
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Picker responsible for performing general warehouse duties. This role supports customer deliveries as an Order Picker or Restocker. The position requires accuracy, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Associates must be flexible and able to follow safety and job guidelines to help ensure efficient operations. This is a good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- No experience required and on the job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year of similar work experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform shipping and receiving duties
- Document incoming and outgoing items
- Keep a tidy and organized work area
- Maintain stock of shop supplies
- Load and unload materials to and from designated storage areas
- Verify documented counts against physical counts of stock
- Receive and fill orders or prepare supplies for sale
- Install protective devices to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported
- Drive truck or forklift to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials
- Pickup and deliver customer equipment, shop supplies, parts, etc.
- Perform facility janitorial and maintenance duties (change light bulbs, remove trash, communicate work orders, etc.)
