About The Position

As a Picker at Nellis Auction, you are the final step before customers get their auction wins. You will be responsible for locating and retrieving purchased items quickly and accurately, ensuring customers receive exactly what they are expecting. It is a fast-paced, active role for someone who loves to stay moving and thrives in a team setting. You will love this role because you will always be moving, which is great for active people, and the fast-paced environment makes the day fly by. You will also work with friendly, team-oriented coworkers. However, be aware that there will be lots of walking and movement throughout the shift, finding misplaced items can be a challenge, and processes may change as the company grows. The warehouse can also be hot or cold depending on the season.

Requirements

• Required to meet performance standards and KPI
• Understanding of inventory control is required
• High level computer skills, math skills and grammar skills
• Excellent time management, communication and organization skills
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced
• Ability to stand all-day and work in extreme temperatures

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of inventory control experience
• Warehouse experience
• Bilingual
