About The Position

Hi-Line is hiring dependable Warehouse Pickers & Packers to join our Distribution Center in Farmers Branch, Texas. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working in a clean and organized environment, and take pride in accuracy and teamwork. Hi-Line has been America's Mobile Industrial Hardware Store since 1959, supplying over 100,000 industrial maintenance products nationwide.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Warehouse experience is a plus, but we'll train motivated individuals
• Lift up to 60 lbs occasionally
• Stand/walk for an 8-hour shift
• Reliable transportation
• Pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately
• Pack orders carefully
• Verify product numbers and quantities
• Receive and repackage inventory
• Restock inventory
• Perform cycle counts
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals
