About The Position
Shop LC is looking for energetic and motivated warehouse team members willing to work hard and have fun! As a Picker/Packer, you will pull, prepare, and pack customer orders for shipment, keeping pace with a fast, high-volume warehouse environment.
Requirements

- Ability to keep detailed and accurate records
- Proven customer service and problem-solving skills
- Remaining in a stationary position, standing or sitting, for prolonged periods
- Moving about the warehouse to accomplish tasks, including walking for extended periods
- Frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 70 pounds
- Performing repetitive motions involving the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Bending, reaching, and maneuvering around tasks in a warehouse environment
- Pushing, pulling and maneuvering carts and equipment
- Ability to read, write, and speak English well enough to understand safety instructions, job procedures, and workplace communications
- Ability to accurately follow written and verbal directions
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, leads, and supervisors
- Report to work neatly groomed and in compliance with company dress code and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized personal work area at all times
- Follow all company health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Report to work on time and as scheduled
- Maintain consistent, dependable attendance
- Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business needs require
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Work cooperatively and respectfully with coworkers, leads, and supervisors
- Support team goals and willingly assist coworkers as needed

Responsibilities
- Pull and fill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Unload containers and organize incoming merchandise
- Prepare merchandise for shipment, including packing and labeling
- Stock and restock merchandise as needed
- Maintain quality service by following organizational standards
- Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
- Complete data entry as needed
- All other duties as assigned by manager
