Warehouse Picker Associate - Smyrna
About The Position
Axiom Staffing in Vinings, GA is hiring for a picker position in Smyrna! This is a temp-to-full-time role. The position involves accurately labeling and organizing products as they are received, identifying product descriptions and item numbers in a fast-paced environment, and communicating inventory shortages to management. The role also requires safely operating conveyor systems and warehouse equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting with physical counts. Additionally, the picker will report safety or equipment issues promptly and keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe. There may be a need to assist in other warehouse areas and perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements
- Six months of experience in a similar position preferred
- Experience in operating a pallet jack, forklift and other power equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to read, write, and perform basic math computations
