About The Position

Post Consumer Brands is seeking reliable, safety-focused team members to support warehouse operations through accurate shipping, receiving, and material handling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The position is located in Northfield, Minn., at one of the company's manufacturing plants.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Forklift experience or ability to become certified
• Knowledge of FIFO inventory practices
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Lift up to 60 lbs. regularly
• Repetitive bending, lifting, twisting, and standing
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
• Must pass warehouse pre-screen

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, pick, stage, and ship orders accurately using WMS
• Inspect product quality and ensure food safety and QA procedures are followed
• Build, wrap, and optimize pallets to prevent damage
• Hand-pick and stack partial pallets as needed
• Inspect trailers and complete required documentation
• Operate forklifts and perform daily equipment inspections
• Meet productivity standards and follow all safety and WMS procedures
• Support other departments or facilities as needed
