About The Position
Blue Line Distribution, the in-house distributor for Little Caesars Pizza, is seeking a Warehouse Person for the Spice Room in Farmington Hills, Michigan. This role involves blending and packaging raw ingredients to create Little Caesars pizza sauce under minimal supervision. Requirements
- Ability to repeatedly lift and/or push or pull/reach above shoulder height heavy objects weighing up to sixty (60) pounds.
- Maintain strict confidential company information.
- Ability to work various shifts, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Nice To Haves
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year experience operating an electric forklift and pallet jack.
Responsibilities
- Operates spice-packaging machine.
- Places finished spice pouches in cases and stacks onto pallets.
- Shrink-wraps final product.
- Operates blender machine.
- Weighs and mixes formulas according to various recipes.
- Tests batches to meet specifications before adding to machine.
- Cleans and maintains spice area, blender machine, packaging machine and other equipment.
- Receives in-bound product by pallet or slip sheet with the use of electric forklift or pallet jack.
- Other duties as assigned.
