About The Position

The purpose of the Puller/Runner is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. To pull and distribute parts orders to technicians. This role is crucial for maintaining an efficient parts department and supporting the service team in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Requirements

• Must be able to drive and operate a vehicle

Responsibilities

• Pull and deliver all parts requested by Technicians
• Gather and organize all warranty parts from Technicians
• Restock all unused parts into inventory
• Restock consignment bins
• Report all inventory discrepancies to the Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager
• Maintain warehouse in a clean and orderly manner
• Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction
• Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements
• Attend weekly department meetings
• Other duties may be assigned
