About The Position

The purpose of the Puller/Runner is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. To pull and distribute parts orders to technicians.   • Must be able to drive and operate vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Pull and delivers all parts requested by Technicians
  • Gathers and organizes all warranty parts from Technicians
  • Restocks all unused parts into inventory
  • Restock consignment bins
  • Report all inventory discrepancies to the Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager
  • Maintains warehouse in a clean and orderly manner
  • Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction
  • Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements
  • Attend weekly department meetings
  • Other duties may be assigned
