Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-starter who takes ownership without needing constant direction
• Reliable and consistent
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to move quickly
• Team-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Basic mechanical or HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Organizing and maintaining the warehouse so everything is clean, labeled, and easy to access
• Preparing materials and equipment for technicians each morning
• Running parts to job sites when needed
• Receiving, checking in, and stocking inventory
• Keeping track of inventory levels and communicating when items need to be reordered
• Supporting the team with whatever is needed to keep jobs moving efficiently
• Helping maintain company vehicles and ensuring they are stocked properly
• Working closely with office staff and technicians to stay ahead of daily needs
