About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse / Parts Associate to support warehouse and production operations through accurate shipping and receiving, inventory control, and material handling. This role plays a key part in keeping production running smoothly by ensuring materials are properly kitted, staged, stocked, and transacted within SAP. If you’re hands-on, safety-minded, and comfortable working with inventory systems in a manufacturing environment, this position offers a great opportunity to contribute directly to production efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or a related environment preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, production orders, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Experience operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment (certification provided or required).
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands for handling, and reach with arms.
  • Frequently required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch; occasionally required to climb or balance.
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to talk, hear, and communicate effectively in a warehouse and production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments; unload and store materials in designated locations.
  • Prepare, stage, and load outbound shipments accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage; document and report discrepancies to the Supervisor or Manager.
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely to move, stage, load, and store materials.
  • Pick, pack, crate, label, and ship products in accordance with company and customer requirements.
  • Ensure correct quantities and product types are shipped based on documentation.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, system transactions, and proper material handling practices.
  • Process inventory movements and updates within SAP to ensure real-time accuracy.
  • Repackage materials as needed; inspect products and report any damage or quality concerns.
  • Support the production floor by printing production orders, pulling and kitting components, and staging materials.
  • Assist with light assembly or sub-assembly builds as needed.
  • Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, and minor pallet repairs to support production and shipping needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; support warehouse security practices.
  • Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of warehouse and production operations.
