About The Position

Ascend Staffing is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Packers. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for reading work orders, selecting correct items, inspecting products for quality, and packaging them securely for shipment. The position requires the use of RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders. We are looking for individuals with a strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Requirements

Warehouse Packer experience preferred
Able to pass a background check
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to work in the US
Ability to read and follow work orders, labels, and written instructions.
Basic math and counting skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to use RF scanners or warehouse technology after training.
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Read work orders, pick tickets, labels, or shipping instructions to select the correct items.
Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and damage before packing.
Package products securely to prevent damage during shipping.
Label, scan, and stage completed orders for shipment.
Use RF scanners, tablets, or warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders.
Count, sort, and verify products against order requirements.
