About The Position

Ascend Staffing is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Packers. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, maintaining quality and accuracy throughout the process. Requirements

Warehouse Packer experience preferred
Able to pass a background check
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to work in the US
Ability to read and follow work orders, labels, and written instructions.
Basic math and counting skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to use RF scanners or warehouse technology after training.
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Read work orders, pick tickets, labels, or shipping instructions to select the correct items.
Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and damage before packing.
Package products securely to prevent damage during shipping.
Label, scan, and stage completed orders for shipment.
Use RF scanners, tablets, or warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders.
Count, sort, and verify products against order requirements.
