Warehouse Packer
About The Position
Completes shipments by processing and loading orders. This role involves preparing orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area. The position also requires maintaining the company truck or van by completing preventive maintenance and arranging for repairs. Additionally, the Warehouse Packer will maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests, and ensure quality service by following organization standards. A key aspect of the role is maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat, maintaining a clean shipping supply area, and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. The role also includes completing reports by entering required information and maintaining technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications. Finally, the Warehouse Packer contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
