About The Position

SWD Inc. is a recognized leader in the Metal Finishing and Fastener Sorting fields, with over 200 employees and a 250,000 sq. ft. facility. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 1st shift (7am-3pm), with occasional weekend work. The starting pay is $18.00/hour. SWD Inc. is a Drug-Free workplace, and all job offers are contingent on successful completion of a Background Check, Drug Screen, and Pre-Employment Physical.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Pack customer jobs at the pack 3 and pack 4 machines
Hand pack when needed
Unpack jobs for all departments
Maintain cleanliness of work area
Operate the wrap machine
Operate the roll sorter
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Practice safe work habits, following outlined policies and procedure
Operate a Forklift
Reviewing and comprehending Shop Orders
Be aware of SWD Inc., company policy and procedures, including the quality system as defined by QS-9000 and ISO-14001 and outlined in the SWD Inc.’s quality and environmental systems policy and procedure manuals.
