About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and package handling procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages, some of which may be heavy.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Forklift certification.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct a team of warehouse package handlers.
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth package processing.
- Train and mentor new and existing team members.
- Monitor workflow and productivity, implementing improvements as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with management and other departments.
- Handle any issues or conflicts that arise within the team.
- Assist with package handling duties as required.
