About The Position

This role is with McDonald's largest supply chain partner worldwide. The company is hiring for 2nd & 3rd shift positions. This position offers weekly pay, 3 weeks paid time off (PTO) within your first year, and weekends off (Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday). The compensation includes hourly base pay plus incentive pay, with a 3rd shift differential of + $1.00/hour and a freezer differential of + $1.00/hour. Paid training is provided, and it's a 5-day work week with guaranteed 40 hours a week. The benefits package includes $0 Healthcare Premium, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Life Insurance, and 401(k).

Requirements

• 0 to 1 plus years of general work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately selects customer orders, builds orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wraps and labels orders, and moves completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse.
• Accurately receives inbound products, replenishes and manages inventory as needed.
• Performs pre-shift equipment checks and safely operates powered industrial equipment within the warehouse.
• Performs basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets.
• Other duties as assigned.
