About The Position

J.J. Taylor Distributing, Florida Inc. is a leading beer distributor in Florida, distributing products from major suppliers. This role involves working in a warehouse environment, using pallet jacks and pick software to select and load beer and other beverages according to customer orders, preparing them for delivery.

Requirements

• Must be able to complete the in-house electric pallet jack certification program (with possible forklift certification).
• Must be able to regularly lift and move product (case of beer) to and from pallets. Product averages 30 lbs. but can weigh up to a maximum of 49 lbs.
• Able to work overtime when required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Package customer orders according to order requests.
• Use electric pallet jacks and pick software to hand stack cases of beer.
• Pick pallets for delivery.
• Ensure pallets are properly built and stacked for safe delivery.
• Work overtime when required.
