About The Position

As a Warehouse Order Selector, you will accurately and efficiently select products for customers in a fast-paced warehouse environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. The role offers opportunities to grow within the company and develop skills in logistics and distribution. The second-shift start time is 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Pay is $21–$26 per hour, based on performance and experience, and is paid weekly.

Requirements

Prior experience in warehouse operations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when fulfilling orders.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

One year of experience operating a stock picker; this experience is preferred but not required, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick products based on customer orders.
Ensure picked items are in good condition and meet order requirements for quantity and quality.
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and customer demands.
Follow company policies and safety procedures.
