About The Position
Gordon Food Service is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for seamless order processing and delivery. This position requires you to be on your feet for 10 hours, lift up to 100 pounds, and work in a freezer environment. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided by a dedicated team. The pay is performance-based, with selectors earning an average of 122% of their base salary through production and efficiency incentives. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions).
- Successfully pass a drug test and background check.

- Prior warehouse experience preferred.
