Warehouse Order Selector
About The Position
We are seeking a career-minded Warehouse Associate-Picker to join our 2nd Shift and support the Operations Team in Richmond, VA! This role involves utilizing voice pick software to accurately select and stack items, maneuver pallets, and contribute to a clean and safe warehouse environment. The position offers a seasonal schedule from approximately March to November, with a winter schedule also in place. Average hours are 40-50 per week. Compensation starts at $20/hour during training, transitioning to a case pay (commission structure) with a minimum of 180 cases/hour and a bi-weekly performance bonus.
Requirements
- All final applicants will be required to comply and pass all drug, background, and driving checks.
Responsibilities
- Utilize voice pick software to find and pull the correct items
- Stack items in ties, ensuring minimal breakage
- Maneuver pallets with electric pallet jack to wrapping area
- Aid warehouse team by ensuring a clean and safe work environment
- Work with PM Supervisor for warehouse pick enhancements / product relocations, which aid the pick team
- Work effectively with team members to foster family environment
- Perform any and all other duties
