About The Position

The Small Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, pulling, and preparing parts orders for shipment, delivery, and customer pickup within the Bob Howard Parts Distribution Center. This entry-level role is critical to maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Requirements

• Valid Driver License
• Ability to read small print and accurately match part numbers and product information
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse, picking, stocking, or distribution experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pull, and fill parts orders for shipment, delivery, and customer pickup
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and order details to ensure order accuracy
• Organize and stage orders for processing and distribution
• Assist with stocking, replenishing, and organizing warehouse inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced warehouse setting
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support daily operations
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
