About The Position
Gordon Food Service is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless order processing and delivery to customers. The position involves being on your feet for 10 hours, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working in freezer conditions. While no prior experience is required as training is provided, the role demands physical stamina and the ability to work in extreme temperatures. Selectors are compensated with a starting wage that increases with production and efficiency, with the potential to earn significantly more than their base salary.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
- Successfully pass a drug test and background check.

- Prior warehouse experience preferred.
