About The Position

Imperial Dade is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector to join their team in Hialeah, FL. This role is crucial for fulfilling customer orders by accurately picking items using pick tickets or an RF scanner, efficiently building pallets, and ensuring they are delivered to the correct locations or trucks. The position offers an opportunity to be part of a growing and evolving team within a leading distributor of foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1-year minimum of warehouse experience
• 1 year of high-volume order selecting
• 1 year of experience with a ride-on electric pallet jack and Reach Truck
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted
• A collaborative, team-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Fulfills customer orders by using pick tickets or an RF scanner.
• Efficiently builds pallets.
• Ensures skids are brought to the correct locations/trucks.
• Reviews incoming material orders/pick tickets.
• Locates materials on shelves in the warehouse.
• Places materials on the order picker, forklift, or pallet jack.
• Delivers items to the loading area to be wrapped and put on a delivery truck.
