Requirements

Must be 18+ years old.
Must be flexible and dependable.
Must be ready to roll on weekends and holidays.
Must show up on time and ready to go.
Must communicate clearly.
Must stay organized.
Must have the focus and confidence to get detailed instructions right every time.
Must take initiative and work great independently.
Must be able to lift, stack, and move up to 6,000 lbs. an hour.
Must be able to handle loads up to 80 lbs.
Must be able to work in a range of temperatures, including freezer zones down to -25°F.
Must successfully complete a pre-employment medical physical, physical abilities test, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Get paid to stay moving—lifting, stacking, and powering through up to 6,000 lbs. an hour (that’s about 50,000 lbs. a day).
Cruise the floor on electric pallet jacks, build solid, steady pallets, and assemble orders with speed and precision.
Handle loads up to 80 lbs.
Stay aware on the warehouse floor.
Complete daily equipment checks.
Work in a range of temperatures—including freezer zones down to -25°F.
Connect with your team, share ideas, and help make each day better while staying active and on the move.

Benefits

Starting salary $25.87 per hour, with guaranteed multiple pay increases within the first year.
Step 2 (1040 Hours Worked): $28.74 per hour.
Step 3 (2080 Hours Worked): $30.90 per hour.
Step 4 (4160 Hours Worked): $33.06 per hour.
Step 5 (6240 Hours Worked): $35.93 per hour.
Annual Contractual Wage Increases each June.
