What to expect day to day: Get Paid to Stay Fit & Be a Key Player in Our Warehouse Team! Who needs a gym membership when your job is the workout? Get paid to stay moving—lifting, stacking, and powering through up to 6,000 lbs. an hour (that’s about 50,000 lbs. a day). This is where hustle meets paycheck. As a Warehouse Order Picker, you’ll cruise the floor on electric pallet jacks, build solid, steady pallets, and assemble orders with speed and precision. Got a sharp eye for detail? Perfect—accuracy keeps everything running like a well-oiled machine. Safety isn’t optional—it’s how we operate. You’ll handle loads up to 80 lbs., stay aware on the warehouse floor, and complete daily equipment checks because doing it right matters. You’ll work in a range of temperatures—including freezer zones down to -25°F—but we’ve got you covered with the gear you need to stay warm, comfortable, and focused. And this isn’t just about the grind—it’s about the crew. You’ll connect with your team, share ideas, and help make each day better while staying active and on the move. Even better? This is a union position with Teamsters Local 690, giving you stability and support. When your team needs you, you show up—that’s what strong teams do. Please note: Scheduling for this role is set by union agreements and cannot be adjusted to individual availability. These guidelines ensure fair staffing and consistent operations, and we’re required to follow them.

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old
Flexible and dependable
Willing to work weekends and holidays
Punctual and ready to work
Clear communication skills
Organized
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Must successfully complete a pre-employment medical physical, physical abilities test, and drug screening

Responsibilities

Benefits

Starting salary $25.87 per hour, with guaranteed multiple pay increases within your first year
Step 2: 1040 Hours Worked - $28.74 per hour
Step 3: 2080 Hours Worked - $30.90 per hour
Step 4: 4160 Hours Worked - $33.06 per hour
Step 5: 6240 Hours Worked - $35.93 per hour
Annual Contractual Wage Increases each June
