About The Position

The Warehouse Order Puller picks and checks products in the warehouse to fill customer orders. The role involves physically pulling, packing, verifying, marking, and reboxing products, as well as restocking inventory and keeping work areas clean. Employees must follow instructions and safety procedures, communicate stock needs and process challenges, and participate in yearly inventory as required. Other related duties may be assigned temporarily or permanently as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, peers, and supervisors.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to complete warehouse activities that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.
• Ability to move up to 40 pounds at a time.
• Regular and predictable attendance and adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma.
• Experience in a warehouse job and/or order pulling.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Physically pull and pack orders to quality standards.
• Verify order accuracy.
• Mark boxes and pallets with route and stop designations.
• Rebox products.
• Wrap pallets by hand to ensure stability.
• Restock and put products away carefully and safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas.
• Communicate stock needs and discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
• Communicate challenges that inhibit accurate and timely order pulling.
• Participate in yearly inventory as required.
• Listen effectively and follow instructions.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance, perform tasks safely, and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job as assigned.
