About The Position

Pennsylvania Steel Company Inc. is a leading distributor of steel and aluminum. We are a veteran and privately owned business with over 50 years in the industry. Pennsylvania Steel New England Division, in Naugatuck, Connecticut, is looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Puller, working hours: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm. The Order Puller is responsible for pulling orders correctly while meeting productivity and accuracy standards. Requirements

• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
• Ability to work independently as well as be a team player
• Excellent attendance and safety record required
• All candidates considered will have a background check & pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred, but will train
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Pulls customer orders against workorder and check for accuracy
• Inspect material for defects or damages
• Maintains a safe and clean warehouse
• Follows all safety rules
