About The Position

Picks and packs customer orders in a high-volume zone picking station; maintains established productivity and accuracy standards. Employees are expected and encouraged to participate in safety and health program activities including immediately reporting hazards, immediately reporting unsafe work practices and incidents to supervisors, wearing required personal protective equipment, and participating in and supporting safety committee activities.

Requirements

• Ability to use a hand scanner
• Ability to meet required daily productivity standards for lines picked per hour
• Ability to ensure work meets quality standards
• Ability to conserve resources by using equipment and supplies to accomplish job results without waste
• Ability to use knowledge and experience to resolve basic operating problems
• Ability to report other problems to the manager
• Ability to maintain a current knowledge of operating procedures and company products
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
