About The Position

Join Staples’ World Class Supply Chain Team to help deliver essential products to customers. Associates may work in any of four areas as needed: Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, or Custodian. All work must be performed while following safety procedures and supporting the facility’s safety culture. The position is part-time, scheduled 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Pay is $22.25 per hour, including a $1.50-per-hour shift differential, with additional pay available for meeting certain productivity thresholds.

In the Order Picker area, associates pick and prepare customer orders accurately and on time to meet daily production goals, sometimes picking above ground level. Restockers scan labels, cut boxes, and replenish shelves in preparation for the next shift. Bulk Selectors select products, pull and pack totes, cut merchandise cases and/or stock products, and move full totes and cases onto a conveyor belt. Custodians perform general cleaning and basic maintenance inside and outside the facility, including cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, vacuuming, removing carpet spots, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and dusting furniture and partitions, cleaning windows and brass, and collecting and removing warehouse trash.

The role requires working in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations, walking and standing throughout the work period, and handling products weighing up to 70 pounds by hand. Requirements

• Ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Prior warehouse or applicable experience, including fast-food work (headset experience a plus), stockroom work, working with racking systems, customer service, or package handling.
