About The Position
This position is responsible for picking orders per customer request. You need to be fast and accurate. Full-time 2nd shift positions are available with the most earning potential being on the night shift where you start earning a pick incentive after you qualify which is generally within 90 days. Our warehouse includes a dry, cooler, and freezer section.
Requirements
- Must be fast and accurate.
- Repetitive lifting of 80-90% of the shift.
- Lifting 10-50 lbs, on rare occasions lifting up to 100 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Selects customer orders from pick slots using pick lists of assorted items to build orders according to customer order.
- Delivers merchandise to correct dock area.
- Stacks items on pallets according to driver stops for next day's delivery.
- Shrink wraps palletized orders.
- Operates a pallet jack.
- Moves products from racks to pallet.
- Labels selected cases with order labels.
- Uses a voice automated picking system.
- Validates that correct product has been selected and is damage free.
- Notifies Stocker of empty or short slots for replenishment.
