About The Position

John F. This role is responsible for the safe and accurate gathering of customer orders, pulling cases, and palletizing them efficiently to ensure excellent customer service. Requirements

Must be self-motivated to select orders accurately and at an efficient pace.
Ability to handle and operate mechanized equipment such as forklift/pallet jack.
Ability to operate shrink wrap machines and various material handling machines.
Ability to evaluate amounts of orders and ensure proper weights are entered for products on the shipment.
Ability to maintain optimal level of security at warehouse.
Ability to prepare all paperwork for various agencies.
Must be able to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment (34°).
Regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, and operate equipment as needed.
Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Manage all pick orders and provide correct labels on products.
Prepare pick sheets for all orders.
Assist personnel to load and unload all containers for export.
Verify all outbound shipments, ensuring all goods are damage-free and have accurate labels prior to shipment.
Handle and operate mechanized equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Process all orders effectively.
Organize all orders for shipment.
Operate shrink wrap machines and various material handling machines effectively.
Evaluate amounts of orders and ensure proper weights are entered for products on the shipment.
Maintain optimal level of security at the warehouse.
Prepare all paperwork for various agencies.
