About The Position
Join Fabiano Brothers as an Order Picker and play a key role in keeping our beer distribution operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position inside our warehouse-perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a team. Requirements
- Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team
- Willingness to learn equipment operation (training provided)
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare orders using pick sheets and voice-picking technology
- Move, stack, and organize product (50+ lbs)
- Load and stage orders for delivery trucks
- Operate warehouse equipment (walkie riders, forklifts – training provided)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
