About The Position

As a Warehouse Order Picker, you’ll support daily distribution operations by performing a variety of warehouse functions including order picking, packing, inspection, inventory control, put away, and replenishment. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, efficient inventory flow, and high-quality service in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining organization, accuracy, and compliance with company and safety standards.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent.
Legally authorized to work in the US.
The ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
Energy and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
A strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
A dependable, self-motivated work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
A commitment to meeting productivity goals while maintaining quality and reliability.

Nice To Haves

Experience using RF scanners is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Use RF scanners and our warehouse management system to accurately pick and fulfill customer orders.
Ensure customers receive exactly what they need by verifying products that meet order specifications and AMSOIL’s quality standards.
Carefully pack and prepare shipments so products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Help maintain quality by identifying and reporting damaged or nonconforming items.
Build positive customer relationships by assisting customers who visit for will-call order pickups.
Contribute to a safety-first workplace culture by following safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
