Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse order-picking experience.
- Experience accurately picking customer orders in a warehouse environment.
- Stable work history demonstrating reliability and long-term employment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must live within approximately 30 minutes of Shanker Beverage Company.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent attendance and dependability.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ pounds throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders using paper pick sheets.
- Build stable, well-organized pallets and properly wrap product.
- Load delivery trucks while verifying product counts and accuracy.
- Replenish inventory as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
