About The Position

Scott Electric Company has a current opening at our Hagerstown, MD branch for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Filler to join our electrical distribution team (M-F – 8:30AM – 5:00 PM +OT). Part-Time consideration will be given. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment for customers. Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Forklift experience or willingness to be trained
• Must submit a background check and drug testing

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or order-filling experience

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret pick tickets to accurately fulfill customer orders
• Pick, pack, and stage electrical products for shipment
• Identify and select materials such as conduit, wire, breakers, panels, and fittings
• Verify product quantities, part numbers, and condition before shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Learn to cross train in other areas
• Other tasks/duties as assigned
