Our materials offer an exceptional range of colors and patterns while delivering durability, low maintenance, and resistance to scratches and stains — making them the perfect choice for homeowners, designers, builders, and businesses alike. With our new 10,000 square foot showroom and warehouse in Denver, we are expanding our sales team to provide outstanding service and grow our presence in the Colorado market. Position Summary The Warehouse Operator is responsible for receiving, storing, and moving stone slabs, quartz, and other materials safely and efficiently. The role requires forklift operation, material handling, and close coordination with the showroom, sales, and delivery teams. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
  • Forklift certification and demonstrated proficiency in operation
  • Experience handling heavy materials, construction products, or stone preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly and work in physically demanding conditions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
  • Reliability and punctuality in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Capable of lifting to 50 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs.
  • Able to stoop, kneel, crawl, and work in non-climate-controlled environments.
  • Ability to climb stairs and maintain balance on various surfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
  • Handle, store, and transport heavy stone slabs and materials with care
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization
  • Assist in loading and preparing customer orders for delivery
  • Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Track inventory levels and report discrepancies
  • Inspect materials for damage or defects and report to management
  • Rotate stock to ensure proper material usage
  • Collaborate with sales and showroom staff to locate and stage materials for projects
  • Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
  • Report on unsafe conditions or practices immediately
  • Assist team members with manual handling tasks when needed
  • Support showroom or delivery teams as required
