If you’re ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you. About the Role We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team at our Chaska, MN bakery. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be accountable for supporting efficient warehouse operations through accurate product movement, safe equipment operation, and maintaining organized inventory flow.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a food processing environment.
Ability to lift 20–30 lbs repeatedly.
Previous forklift experience with sit‑down and high‑reach lifts.
Working knowledge of SAP or similar warehouse systems.
Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and operate in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a regulated or food‑manufacturing warehouse.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with scanning and inventory processes.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to assist across warehouse tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Accurately lot, scan, and store finished goods in the correct warehouse locations.
Pull and stage finished products to fulfill customer orders and prepare outbound loads.
Unload incoming raw materials and store them in the proper designated areas.
Safely operate forklifts (sit‑down and high‑reach) to move materials throughout the facility.
Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas to support safe and efficient operations.
Document inventory movements and transactions accurately within SAP.
Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
