If you’re ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you. About the Role We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team at our Chaska, MN bakery. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be accountable for supporting efficient warehouse operations through accurate product movement, safe equipment operation, and maintaining organized inventory flow.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a food processing environment.
  • Ability to lift 20–30 lbs repeatedly.
  • Previous forklift experience with sit‑down and high‑reach lifts.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar warehouse systems.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and operate in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a regulated or food‑manufacturing warehouse.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with scanning and inventory processes.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to assist across warehouse tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately lot, scan, and store finished goods in the correct warehouse locations.
  • Pull and stage finished products to fulfill customer orders and prepare outbound loads.
  • Unload incoming raw materials and store them in the proper designated areas.
  • Safely operate forklifts (sit‑down and high‑reach) to move materials throughout the facility.
  • Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas to support safe and efficient operations.
  • Document inventory movements and transactions accurately within SAP.
  • Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
