About The Position

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in steel or tubing, or equivalent experience
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred; technical training is a plus
Basic math skills to support accurate order processing
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Problem-solving ability to address day-to-day warehouse challenges
High attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and adherence to quality standards
Commitment to maintaining safe work practices in a warehouse environment
Lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift
Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and move for extended periods
Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Perform work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

Champion and enforce safe work practices in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Prepare materials, products, and equipment for distribution and shipment
Process and fulfill orders from customers and internal teams
Pick, pack, and stage orders while verifying accuracy using scanning tools
Load shipments onto flatbed trucks or LTL carriers safely and efficiently
Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials while reporting damages or discrepancies
Replenish warehouse stock and rotate inventory using reach trucks or forklifts
Operate forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and walkie rider pallet jacks to move materials efficiently
Standardize and optimize shipping and receiving procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency
Perform additional duties as assigned
Maintain regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance
