About The Position

This role is responsible for participating in the daily maintenance of fork-lift trucks, performing routine inspections, lubricating parts, and promptly reporting any issues to supervisors for repair, working under direct supervision. Your role: Executes warehouse processes related to storage (stock counts, stock verification, stock movements, stock corrections, value added operations on inventory) with focus on highest level of quality and with patient safety in mind and in full compliance with obligations in scope of the operations (bonded storage, special storage areas, environmental control on products, finance controls applicable for the entity), updates the inventory accordingly in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP tool. Executes warehouse processes related to outbound picking, packing/labeling and shipping with focus on highest level of quality and with patient safety in mind and in full compliance with obligations in scope of the operations (customs/export process, quality inspection, environmental control on products, specific requirements from customers), updates the appropriate transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP tool. Maintains inventory accuracy through participation in cycle counts and reconciliation efforts, actively identifying and resolving discrepancies to uphold the integrity of inventory management processes. Transports goods within the warehouse using fork-lift trucks or other material handling equipment, strictly adhering to safety protocols and procedures to mitigate the risk of accidents or injuries, ensuring a secure working environment for all personnel. This role will cover 1st shift hours from 5:00am to 3:30pm: M/Tu/Th/Fri

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a warehouse operator with the use of a WMS in the Medical business or a highly regulated business
  • Troubleshooting skills

  • Work flexible hours as needed based on business needs (i.e. other shifts; weekends, on-call; mandatory extra hours dependent on workload).
