Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping)
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience
  • Experience with RF scanners and barcode systems
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-driven
  • Exposure to inventory systems or cycle counting processes
  • Ability to operate fork and hand trucks, overhead cranes, hoists, and other equipment used for storage or movement of material.

Responsibilities

  • Perform housekeeping and 6S activities adhering to all OSHA and Innomotics LLC safety and work practice policies.
  • Effectively operate a computer, including basic functions of Microsoft Office products and SAP.
  • Perform daily cycle counts and/or bin analysis to maintain inventory accuracy levels above 98%.
  • Interpret drawings, specifications and manufacturing methods.
  • Measure and record dimensions using measuring equipment related to processes.
  • Stamp or sign-off and date all labor packet operations performed.
  • Follow appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal direction from supervisor.
  • Must meet all physical job requirements.
  • Perform material handling, and other assigned tasks (hand truck, crane).
  • Adhere to all safe work practices and plant rules of conduct.
  • Adhere to all outlined section and operational processes and procedures.
  • Notify supervisor of quality, process and/or safety issues and concerns.
