Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
Basic understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping)
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience
Experience with RF scanners and barcode systems
Ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-driven
Exposure to inventory systems or cycle counting processes
Ability to operate fork and hand trucks, overhead cranes, hoists, and other equipment used for storage or movement of material.

Responsibilities

Perform housekeeping and 6S activities adhering to all OSHA and Innomotics LLC safety and work practice policies.
Effectively operate a computer, including basic functions of Microsoft Office products and SAP.
Perform daily cycle counts and/or bin analysis to maintain inventory accuracy levels above 98%.
Interpret drawings, specifications and manufacturing methods.
Measure and record dimensions using measuring equipment related to processes.
Stamp or sign-off and date all labor packet operations performed.
Follow appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
Must be able to work independently with minimal direction from supervisor.
Must meet all physical job requirements.
Perform material handling, and other assigned tasks (hand truck, crane).
Adhere to all safe work practices and plant rules of conduct.
Adhere to all outlined section and operational processes and procedures.
Notify supervisor of quality, process and/or safety issues and concerns.
