About The Position

The Warehouse Operator supports the safe, efficient movement, storage, and shipment of goods within a distribution center. Cross-trained across multiple warehouse functions, the role contributes to team-focused operations emphasizing safety, quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Accurate and on-time customer deliveries are a core priority. The position is scheduled for 4th shift, 6:00 PM–2:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday, with shift differentials of $1.00 per hour from 6:00 PM–10:00 PM and $1.50 per hour from 10:00 PM–2:00 AM. Base pay is $24.86 per hour. Overtime may be required. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of general work experience.
• At least 6 months of forklift/PIT experience.
• Experience with slip-sheet or reach trucks.

Responsibilities

• Follow company SOPs related to safety, quality, operations, and people.
• Load, unload, stage, and store products using powered industrial trucks (PIT).
• Pick products in less-than-pallet quantities and manually assemble mixed pallets.
• Stack and unstack products; lift 35 pounds frequently and 65 pounds occasionally.
• Meet or exceed productivity and performance standards.
• Use written instructions to accurately pick and process orders.
• Prepare and complete customer orders and documentation.
• Operate computer terminals and barcode scanners.
• Work safely to protect oneself and others.
• Support inventory control processes, including cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Process damaged products and support recoup activities.
• Maintain reliable attendance and work overtime as required.
