About The Position

Our Clark location is part of our Taste Division, producing flavors and ingredients. Our Clark facility is unique in the sense they have two buildings. The North building has a fruitier smell to it, the teams in that building are producing natural flavoring and essential oils. The South building is the complete opposite, it will have savory and garlic smells because the team is producing seasonings for meat, chicken broth, and beef gravy. As a Warehouse Operator, you’re the backbone of our dock operations loading, unloading, and moving freight safely, quickly, and accurately. Every pallet you touch helps keep production running smoothly and customers on schedule. You’ll handle product with care, follow all site and safety procedures, and keep the dock organized and compliant with GMP standards.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy — you notice when something’s off.
  • Certified (or ready to certify) in forklift or powered industrial truck operation.
  • Comfortable with RF scanners and basic systems — SAP experience preferred.
  • Solid safety awareness and track record of safe operating behavior.
  • Clear communication skills with teammates, drivers, and supervisors.
  • Reliable time management to keep up with shifting dock schedules.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in warehouse conditions.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
  • Basic computer and math skills; able to read, write, and speak English.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of HazMat handling procedures (ideal but not required – Prior experience is an advantage)
  • 3+ year of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or shipping/receiving operations.
  • Prior experience with SAP ECC or similar inventory systems.
  • Familiarity with GMP or allergen-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

  • Pick orders/ Load and unload inbound and outbound freight safely and on time.
  • Verify shipping documents and freight details against bills of lading (BOL).
  • Process transactions in SAP (Post Goods Issue, inbound deliveries) using RF scanners.
  • Inspect all loads for accuracy, damage, and compliance - report any issues immediately.
  • Move, stage, and rotate inventory to maintain organization and support production needs.
  • Keep your dock area clean, safe, and in top condition every shift.
  • Follow GMP, sanitation, and Allergen Control procedures as required.
  • Support your team by jumping in on additional dock or housekeeping tasks when needed.
