The Warehouse Operator supports daily bottling and warehouse operations, including equipment operation, inventory handling, and material movement. This role ensures efficient production and storage processes while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to frequently lift and move 50 lbs. or more.
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility to be insured on company vehicles.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Interest in wine and winemaking.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup, operation, and cleanup of bottling line.
  • Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areas in accordance with company procedures.
  • Operate equipment and support production activities, which may include: Forklift operation, Depalletizer and Palletizer operation, Bottling and packaging equipment operation, Supporting bottling line staff, Supporting warehouse operations, Assisting other departments as needed.
  • Support preventative maintenance activities, basic troubleshooting, and timely reporting of equipment issues.
  • Monitor and support quality assurance standards throughout bottling and warehouse processes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment in alignment with 5S principles.
  • Maintain organized inventory using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
  • Build pallets of finished goods manually in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Safely unload deliveries and properly stage materials.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
