About The Position

This role supports warehouse operations by developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, defining key performance indicators, assisting with new site launches, improving workflow efficiency, leading training programs, and monitoring operational performance for cost control and revenue improvement. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, bilingual proficiency in English and Korean, and experience in warehousing or logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with a strong sense of urgency
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. and Canada
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

• 1–3+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or B2B/B2C operations
• Experience with logistics systems, especially WMS

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain warehouse SOPs to standardize daily operations.
• Define KPIs and performance metrics to support operational improvements.
• Assist with setup, launch, and stabilization of new warehouse sites.
• Improve workflow efficiency by designing and implementing optimized processes.
• Lead and support training programs for warehouse and operations staff.
• Monitor operational performance and execute initiatives for cost control and revenue improvement.
